Most deposits are credited within 10-30 minutes after reaching the required number of blockchain confirmations (1-3 for Bitcoin, 12-24 for Ethereum).
What fees does Velovance charge for crypto deposits?
We charge a transparent fee of 0.5% for BTC and ETH deposits, and 0.25% for USDC. Network gas fees are paid by the sender and are not marked up by Velovance.
Can I withdraw crypto from my Velovance account?
Yes. You can withdraw crypto to any external wallet after completing security verification. Withdrawal limits vary based on account verification level.
Are my crypto assets insured?
Crypto assets are held in custody with regulated partners and are covered by commercial crime insurance. However, crypto assets are not FDIC-insured like traditional deposits.
What happens if I send to the wrong network?
Always verify that you are sending on the correct network. Velovance only supports the networks listed above. Sending unsupported assets or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
Do I need to complete KYC to deposit crypto?
Yes. All customers must complete identity verification (KYC) before depositing crypto, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Always verify the deposit address and network before sending funds. Velovance will never call you asking for your private keys or to send crypto to an "emergency" address.
